Publication

The paper discusses hooliganism as a source of insecurity, analyzing the experiences of the European countries which have tackled the problem. The paper then moves to the specificities of hooliganism in Serbia before offering a proposal for a regional co-operation framework inspired by a model recently put forward by the EU.
