This report summarizes the discussions held on "Defining Cyber Security," which occurred at the inaugural launch of SDA’s Cyber Security Initiative. Among other topics, the report focuses on the need for 1) effective information-sharing, 2) a multidimensional approach to cyber security, and 3) a suitable balance between cyber resilience and defense.
