This brief argues that the time is ripe for a dramatic rethink of international involvement in the conflict. It proposes an internationally-mandated solution that aim to bring Israeli-Palestinian conflict resolution out of the current limbo, by heavily internationalizing the monitoring and implementation of the conflict resolution.
