This bioterrorism report summarizes the proceedings of the SDA's January 2005 Bioterrorism Reporting Group meeting on the responses to biological terrorism. The panelists address key programs and policies geared toward threat reduction and countermeasures against bioterrorism. They also examine the partnership between the EU and Russia in managing bioterrorist threats, and discuss ways to enhance transnational collaboration on counterterrorism and non-proliferation initiatives. The report also includes written contributions from selected speakers.
