This paper looks at how inter-parliamentary cooperation between national parliaments and the European Parliament is evolving, what forms it is taking and what its main advantages and flaws are. The author argues that parliamentary cooperation could reduce information gaps cost-effectively and provide an entry gate for national parliaments at the EU level.
