Publication

This annotated bibliography provides a comprehensive listing of publications on the conversion of military capacities for civilian use by various UN agencies. The author presents a definition of conversion and a theoretical framework outlining the role of the various agencies in addressing the issue. In concluding the analytical segment of the paper, the author highlights the numerous obstacles faced in deciphering the different competencies of these agencies and, more generally, of obtaining the necessary documents to do so.
