Facilitating dialogue is at the heart of the of both the Environmental Change and Security Project (ECSP) and its home, Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. While the Wilson Center fosters conversation between the worlds of scholarship and policy on a myriad of topics, ECSP focuses on identifying connections among the critical global issues of population, environmental change, and security.
