This rapporteur's report synopsizes discussions held with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Mammadyarov. Specifically, it focuses on 1) the status of Azerbaijan's home affairs - i.e., the relationship between economic growth, corruption and foreign relations after 20 years of independence; 2) the country's current foreign policy, particularly in relationship to Afghanistan and Iran; and 3) future possible roads to peace with Armenia.
