Publication

This paper looks at international efforts to strengthen disarmament and non-proliferation and addresses some of the capacity and resource constraints in Africa preventing their full implementation. It includes a number of specific recommendations to states – both African and global - on how to achieve African universality on the various conventions governing non-proliferation.
