This paper discusses and analyzes the Al Qaeda truce and peace offer to the European countries. The author describes the Al Qaeda offer in the context of an attempt by Osama bin Laden to divide the European and American alliance against him, as well as an attempt to legitimize any further attacks on European or American targets, should his truce proposals be rejected.
