This commentary looks at how Ukraine's resumed cooperation with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in 2010 transpired. It first discusses the priorities set and commitments made by Mykola Azarov's government well as the difficulties that arose in putting the agreed-upon reforms into practice. It then talks about the suspension of the loan and the prospects of resumed cooperation in the future.
