This paper discusses the management of migration between South and Southeast Asia. More specifically, it discusses the consultative processes and regional dialogues that have been held and the various bilateral labor agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) concerning labor mobility that have been signed by selected Asian countries.
