Publication

This paper discusses the idea of establishing a regional discourse/diplomacy around the crisis in Afghanistan and Pakistan. It summarizes some of the arguments in favor of the idea and some stumbling blocks that may impede its implementation and looks at strategies for moving the idea forward.
