This report uses the information obtained through the Monitoring and Evaluating (M&E) system by detailing the characteristics of clients who completed an intake assessment from 2009 to 2011. It provides information regarding the impact that services have had on clients since the beginning of the project; provides examples of individual Client Progress Reports produced; describes the drop-out rates for the year, including the reason for drop-out; outlines the compliance rates achieved in terms of documentation of M&E instruments; and indicates how the clients felt about the service they received.
