Now that the National Transitional Council is about to assume responsibility for the whole of Libya, what is an appropriate role for NATO? This brief report summarizes remarks made by Defense College analysts during discussions. They address the security situation in Libya, NATO's interests in the region, NATO's future role and plans to stabilize the country.
