This commentary looks at Russian President-to-be Vladimir Putin plans for Russia as presented in a series of articles in the Russian press. The real question, contends the author, is not what should be done in Russia, as Putin posits, but rather how the goals can be achieved. This question remains unanswered even after reading through Putin’s articles.
