The report discusses the 2011 elections in Liberia, the second post-war presidential and legislative elections in the country. The author argues that regardless of the outcome of the elections, it is important that international players maintain a steady focus on the three areas that the Liberian government has identified as critical to sustained peace building: security sector rebuilding, the administration of justice, and national reconciliation and healing.
