This paper looks at the diverging interests of the US, Israel and Iran when it comes to the Iranian nuclear program. The author recommends that a regional security framework be established to deal with these tensions. A multilateral formula would allow Iran to develop its civil nuclear program within the auspices of the IAEA, and ensure that common goals are achieved. These include stability in Iraq and Afghanistan and the successful democratic transition of Arab countries.
