Publication

This paper looks at the solidarity within the enlarged European Union in the context of the Constitutional Treaty. More specifically, the author addresses three questions: 1) How can differentiated integration be organized in the area of social policy? 2) How can convergence towards a European social model be supported? and 3) How can an intentional convergence receive financial support?
