This commentary discusses the upcoming Bonn+10 conference. It argues that the conference is meant to highlight the progress of international cooperation towards stability in and around Afghanistan. The author notes that the analysis of existing initiatives for reconciliation and reintegration of the Afghan Taliban suggests that meaningful progress in either process is unlikely.
