In light of the balance of payments shocks suffered by several low-income countries as a result of the global financial crisis, the Overseas Development Institute ran a consultation about the adaptability and responsiveness of International Financial Institutions such as the IMF and the World Bank in these countries. This report provides a summary of the consultation.
