This report summarises the key findings of a workshop held in London in November 2009, which explored the experiences of four donors (DFID, EC, UNDP and the World Bank) in developing and applying sectoral political economy and governance analysis. The workshop focused on analysis at the sector level, shared donor experiences and explored opportunities for future coordination and collaboration. This report summarises the four donors' experiences and draws on case studies presented at the workshop. In addition, it sets out the key themes emerging from the workshop and discusses the way forward.
