This paper assesses the extent to which Bangladesh is meeting the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). It discusses how indicators in the areas of aid, trade and debt have evolved and provides background to a discussion on how the eighth Millennium Development Goal, the establishment of a global partnership for development, has already been addressing the MDG needs gap.
