This paper reviews the achievements and progress of the sector-wide approach (SWAp) to the environment in Colombia. In 2007, the government of Colombia and the Dutch Minister for Cooperation entered into an agreement to enact a SWAp. This review assesses the level of accomplishment of the SWAp in its first three years, from July 2007-June 2010.
