This paper reports summarizes the proceedings of a conference dealing with regional security architecture in Northeast Asia. To better understand the challenges and opportunities related to creating that, the Pacific Forum CSIS, the Research Institute for Peace, and the Security Center for International and Strategic Studies held the latest conference in an ongoing trilateral dialogue. Among the topics discussed at the conference was the potential of the quadrilateral relationship between the United States, China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea to spearhead security cooperation in the region. This document summarizes the proceedings.
