In this paper, the authors present a critique of the UN's Gaza Report. They argue that the UN Human Rights Council, which established the UN Fact-Finding Mission in April 2009, has a history of clear anti-Israel bias. The allegations against Israel obfuscate the fundamental fact that Operation Cast Lead – also known as the Gaza War – was a war of self-defense.
