In this speech, India's foreign secretary argues that security remains an important prerequisite for supporting the freedom of societies and in providing a just and equitable system for citizens. The keynote address was delivered during the Indo‐German Strategic Dialogue on Building Global Security led by IPCS and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung.
