This is the second part of a two-part transcript that focuses on the role that the Republic of Seychelles plays in counter-piracy activities in the Indian Ocean. It first explores how maritime piracy has negatively impacted the country's fishing industry, access to food and other essential supplies, and even the overall confidence of the Seychellois themselves. Then, the transcript discusses the local efforts being pursued to counter the piracy threat.
