This report tracks the implementation of and assesses progress on the action plan that came out of the 2010 review conference of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty (NPT). The initial assessment indicates that the overall progress since 2010 has been very limited, which is not surprising considering the early stage of the new NPT review cycle. Implementation has been uneven across different nuclear weapons states (NWS) and action items, but so were the starting points.
