This book approaches the question of diversity in 16 European countries and one associated country. The book surveys immigrant and native minority groups in these countries and concentrates on the specific diversity challenges that have currency in each of them. It discusses the ways in which different states have dealt with similar diversity dilemmas and analyses the relevant discourses.
