Publication

This paper examines the situation in Ukraine with a focus on political and economic reforms, and explores the rationale behind the "Orange Revolution". It also analyzes the challenges facing Ukraine and Russia in the development of their relations. The author concludes by highlighting key elements for pursuing Ukraine's rapprochement towards Euro-Atlantic institutions, and provides a road map to guide future relations between the West and Ukraine.
