This book examines different aspects of natural resource management that are likely to be relevant in the future. It tries to answer the following questions: How does globalization affect natural resource issues such as water on the local, national, and international level? Can our common dependence on these stressed resources be a force for bringing people together rather than dividing us? What lessons can we learn from sharing insights from communities?
