This bulletin discusses the prospects for nuclear cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. In 2010, Saudi Arabia began efforts to create its own civilian nuclear program in response Iran's nuclear capabilities. Pakistan seems to be the most likely partner in the development of Saudi Arabia's military nuclear program.
