Publication

This paper asks whether it is time to adopt a new European Security Strategy. There have been many changes in the international community since 2003 and the time has come to consider what has been accomplished and how to achieve what remains to be done. The author argues that five years after the European Security Strategy was approved, it is time to assess and update it.
