Drawing on an extensive collection of statistical data and other indicators across a variety of policy areas, it offers the first comparative overview of the ten global and regional powers that feature in this distinctive, if ill-defined, category. Individual country briefs assess the state-of-play of the EU’s bilateral relations with each partner, outlining their strengths and weaknesses, priorities and outlook.
