This report assesses the state of Libya's post-conflict transition process, the challenges facing the interim Libyan leadership, and the current issues that Congress must debate. Such issues include congressional oversight of the ongoing US transition support and security assistance programs in Libya, as well as FY2015 appropriations requests for US support programs.
