Publication

This publication consists of three studies concerning Russian and Ukrainian business. The first paper explores the current trends in the Russian economy and their influence on the relationship between the government and business under Vladimir Putin's rule. In the second paper, the author explores the Russian power industry before reforms. The last studies analyzes the metallurgy sector in the Ukrainian oligarchic power system.
