In January 2012, the European Commission (EC) published the EC Communication on Trade, Growth and Development outlining EU trade policy over the next decade. The authors in this publication discuss the implications of this Communication and present a checklist of questions that the EC should address in 2015 when it is set to report to the Council of Ministers on its progress.
