This testimony before the US House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Subcommittee on Middle East and South Asia, discusses the existence of widespread corruption in the Palestinian Authority (PA). The author charges that Western donors including the United States have not focused sufficiently on exposing and addressing the issue and calls for the further integration and promotion of anti-corruption efforts and evaluations into aid programs.
