This Note examines reform of the European Court of Human Rights. A particular emphasis is put on Court procedures. The recent Interlaken process aims to tackle in particular the management of the Court's increasing case-load and the execution of judgments through the domestic implementation of remedies. Before examining different reform processes, the report describes the Court's general principles.
