This issue of Study Group Information documents the results and discussions of the Eighth Annual Conference of the Partnership for Peace Consortium of Defence Academies and Security Studies Institutes. During the plenary sessions, participants further discussed the expansion and enhancement of NATO after the Istanbul Summit, as well as reforms to the security sector in the age of terrorism. The following topics were addressed in the framework of the panel meetings: the transformation of NATO and its partnership, the preparation of tomorrow's leaders given the new challenges in education, as well as regional cooperation and challenges to security sector governance.
