The scope of this article is an analysis of the mechanisms of psychological warfare applied in the use of the thought of the Dutch theologian Frans Van der Hoff and the Slow Food movement. The author applies the methodological approach developed by the Ecole du Guerre Economique and Roger Mucchielli.
