This commentary argues that Polish development cooperation with other countries could benefit from educational reforms, including the introduction of development-centered scholarship programs. Such programs would help eradicate global poverty, increase Poland's bilateral aid budgets, and serve Warsaw’s long-term foreign policy interests.
