This report provides an analysis of the challenges of terrorism to the United States in the year 2011. It includes a strategic assessment of the threat; country reports; an overview of state sponsors of terrorism; challenges of CBRN terrorism; an update of terrorist safe havens; and an overview of terrorist organizations. The Country Report on Terrorism is published annually by the US Department of State in compliance with Title 22 of the United States Code.
