Publication

This document contains two papers prepared for the International High Level Conference "Development Policy in a Changing World". The first paper looks at the four key challenges facing sustainable development: persistent poverty; globalization and socio-economic transitions; sustainable development in the context of climate change; and human security, violence and conflict. The second paper picks up the themes from the first paper and addresses the policy and institutional responses that are needed for inclusive and sustainable development.
