In this testimony, the speaker describes some of the major security challenges the US is likely to face in the next two decades. First, he outlines potential discontinuities in future warfare that should be considered when making future investment decisions. Building on those discontinuities, the speaker discusses their broad implications for US defense planning. Finally, he suggests capability areas that appear to be potential growth opportunities for investment given these discontinuities and their implications.
