This report covers the implementation of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Safeguards Agreement and relevant provisions of Security Council resolutions in Iran. It addresses developments since the last report as well as issues of longer standing. The report focuses on those areas where Iran has not fully implemented its binding obligations.
