This paper looks at the planned construction of the Nabucco West gas pipeline and the Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline (TANAP). It highlights the variable impact that TANAP and Nabucco West would have, if implemented, on the energy security of Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Austria.
