Publication

During the summer of 2005 the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) organized a series of public presentations on the changing role of the UN system in the rapidly evolving international security landscape. The objective of the presentations was to provide a public forum for the discussion of the most pressing challenges facing the UN and other key players in the international system, as well as to chart possible ways towards adapting the UN system to the demands of the future security environment. This publication provides an overview and a summary of the given presentations and discussions.
