This paper highlights two upcoming and significant decisions to be made relating to its membership in the EU – withdrawal from the crime and policing agreements and a potential Scottish independence. The author analyzes Spanish, French and German reactions to these issues, and makes recommendations for Warsaw’s policy towards a “Brixit”.
